The International Leadership Federation is a non-profit making, non-governmental organization fostering for the raising of systematic evolution of leadership and improvement of human life and dignity. It abhors corruption, civil strife and above all incumbent leadership which mainly causes deprivation of dignity. The I.L.F. thus aims to plug these massive voids and raise great leaders with high moral understanding as well as necessary leadership skills which generally lack in most of the countries and in particular the African countries.
